Spring is arriving and now is a great time to re-awaken your body, mind, and senses with GYROKINESIS®! Our upcoming session of group classes will run Fridays 11:45 am - 1:00 pm April 16 through May 28 (no class May 14). Register for all six classes at $82.50 or choose any four classes for $60.
