Private and semi-private GYROTONIC® instruction is available in 1-hour slots throughout the week. Instuction is usually not available on the weekend, but individual schedules can be accomodated through special arrangement. Prices

Gyrokinesis classes @ bodySpan Studio

Six- or eight-week sessions on Friday mornings from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm run throughout the year at bodySpan Studio. Wednesday evening classes are sometimes offered. Find out what classes are available now.
