At bodySpan, we specialize in personalized GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® training designed to help you move with greater ease and freedom. Whether you’re dealing with the effects of long hours at a desk, chronic tension, or looking to support and elevate athletic performance, each session is shaped around your physical and mental needs. If you’re feeling stiff from sitting all day, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move with more freedom, you’re in the right place.
Deb McBride combines deep expertise with a genuinely caring, intuitive approach. She creates a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to make real progress. With a serene studio overlooking the mountains, each session moves beyond exercise. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset.
GYROTONIC® Sessions
A personalized movement session using specialized equipment to decompress the spine, build strength, and improve mobility—tailored to your body, your pace, and what you need that day.

All sessions are one hour and scheduled by appointment.
GYROKINESIS® Classes
A gentle, flowing practice done using a stool and mat—no specialized equipment required. A good option if you want to counteract stiffness from sitting, are looking for a low-impact, accessible class, want to improve posture, breathing, and overall mobility, or enjoy a calm, more meditative pace.
The Cardiovascular Breathing and GYROKINESIS® Group classes are hybrid—join in the studio or live online via Zoom.
